We work hard to make sure the products we ship are right for you.
But, from time to time it makes sense to swap, exchange or even
return all or part of an order. If this happens, please follow
the simple steps below:
One
Put the unused product and the Sugar River order number in a sturdy box. Use the original receipt if you have it! (Please use an external box. Shoeboxes fall apart in the mail!)
Two
Indicate what you would like us to do, send you a new size,
provide you with a different product or issue a
refund. If you need a refund, include the Visa or MasterCard number
to which we should apply the refund.

Worn/Used product will be returned to the customer at
customer's expense. Unused product may be returned for swap or
credit within 45 days of original purchase.
